We became Professional Fiduciaries in 2006, and have served since as Care Manager, Trustee, Special Needs Trustee, Executor, Administrator, Conservator, and Facilitator.

Dave Katra - CLPF, NCG

Dave's fiduciary experience began over 15 years ago as the Trustee, Manager, and Executor of his parent's estates for nine years (he was the youngest of five). 

He has passed the CA realtor exam, became educated in estates and trusts, ran a $40M high-tech product line, and formed a CA Corporation. 

His education includes an Engineering degree, with extensive business, management, and financial professional education.

Dave believes that families can save a tremendous amount of time, money, and stress through the use of an experienced Trustee/Administrator to assist the family members, and to facilitate their issues without litigation.

Sue Katra - MA, KT, CCGM, CCM, CLPF

Sue's fiduciary and care management experience began over 20 years ago as a Special Education PE Teacher, performing IEP assessments and services for disabled and multi-handicapped students of all types.  She delivered services, and coordinated and managed teams of healthcare professionals with parents to achieve IEP goals.   

Her education includes RN training, VA certification as a Kinesiotherapist, and an MA in Human Performance.

Before becoming a professional Fiduciary, Sue's background included serving as a family trustee, and extensive experience  with Mental Illness, Elder financial abuse, and Elder  Assistance. 

Sue believes that you, or your loved one should get the very highest levels of care management, with a Fiduciary that fully understands (and has first hand experience with) the legal, medical, and Family issues that can affect physical and emotional health.
